Impact Design, LLC was established in 2004 by Elizabeth Kilgore and has over 21 years commercial design experience.  

Ms. Kilgore worked as an interior designer in Washington, DC until 2008 when she and her husband relocated to Williamsburg, VA.  Prior to the establishment of Impact Design, Ms. Kilgore was a designer at Hick0k Cole Architects and a consultant with FOX Architects.  Responsible for multiple clients, she is a respected designer for critical project management, space planning, design development, engineering coordination as well as the prodution of construction documents.

Ms. Kilgore has a Bachlor of Science Degree in Housing, Interior Design and Resource Management with and emphasis in Business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State Univesity. She is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Interior Designer with the Commonwealth of Virginia.
